Santa's Workshop is hiring. No elf experience required.

Good news, O'Fallon: sponsoring SantaFest just got a lot simpler (and a lot more fun). We've retired the old sponsorship tiers - no float packages, no dollar-amount donations. 

Every fake Santa in town is about to descend on O'Fallon for SantaFest, and when the parade is over, the whole crowd heads to the park for Santa's Big Party. That's where YOU come in. We're looking for local businesses, nonprofits, clubs, families, and wonderfully weird individuals to set up a Santa's Workshop-style booth and give our community something fun for free! Face painting, crafts, games, popcorn, cocoa, cookies, a ring toss run by a guy in a Darth Vader Santa hat... we want it all.

 The only rule: nothing gets sold at the party, only given away. 

We'll set you up with your own space to fill - we will work with you on the space you need- to connect and give back to the community at Santa's Big Party in City Park. Think simple inflatables, giant games, face painting, holiday crafts, and more! Spread some cheer right alongside all the other holiday fun, where you can run your activity, meet your neighbors, and show O'Fallon what you're all about.

• 🎁 Everything is 100% free. Nothing gets sold and no donations are accepted. Not a dollar, not a tip jar.
• 💸 It costs you nothing to sponsor. No fees, no packages. All we ask for is a commitment.
• ⭐ Showing up is not optional. If you sign up, you're expected to be there that evening, staffed and ready. That includes your own workers, setup, and tear down.
• 🛠️ You bring the fun. Tables, supplies, décor, the works. Your space will vary based on your activity. We have some pavilion space, tents, and open air areas depending on your activity.
• 🎅 Keep the Workshop spirit. The main focus of your booth should be the free activity or treat. Display your business name, sign, and banner all you like, and hand out cards or coupons. Just please don't turn it into a sales pitch. Keep this fun and kid friendly.

Food draws a crowd, and so do interactive kids' activities. We'd especially love:

• 🎨 Face painting
• ✂️ Crafts and make-and-takes
• 🎯 Games (the sillier, the better)
• 🍿 Popcorn
• ☕ Drinks and treats
• ...and anything else that's merry, free, and keeps a kid (or a grown-up) busy for five minutes

Already covered, so no need to duplicate: donuts, hot chocolate, Santa pictures, s'mores around the firepits, a DJ, and snow machines.

1. Register using the sponsor form below. It takes about five minutes.
2. We'll get back to you within one week to confirm your spot. If we already have plenty of your activity, we'll reach out and help you pick something different.
3. Sign up before October 22nd and you'll be included on the promotional posters.
4. Two weeks before the event, we'll send your setup space and location.
5. Saturday, November 28, 2026: show up, set up, and spread the cheer.

You can do both! The parade ends at the park. You will need someone at the park with your activity booth during the parade. Marching, rolling, or floating in the parade is a separate sign-up. Head over to the Parade Participants page. Just remember the one rule: dress like Santa, but don’t try to replicate the real one.
