Sponsorship Forms for 2023 available Sept 15!
Sponsorship allows us to keep this amazing community event FREE to the public. Each year, we are investing in floats, lights, decorations, and post parade party supplies to make this parade bigger and better. We need to keep Santa looking sharp and full of toys and treats for our community. Every single donation and sponsor is appreciated and needed to make this happen. Thank you so much for sponsoring this holiday tradition.
Return form and check to us not he location provided (RE/MAX Preferred office in O'Fallon, IL) or scan in and email us and we will arrange donation pickup.
We can provide a donation receipt letter per request.
Please email or call us if you plan to donate and are mailing the form, to help us guide our budget. Also, to receive recognition on a banner and to receive the tshirt, we must have your information and check no later than 5pm on October 15th .

FLOAT Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsored Floats: The City of O’Fallon has a limited number of completed rental floats. With this type of entry, we allow up to 16 representatives to walk with the float representing your business or organization (more may walk behind the float as a lighted group). Walkers may hand out candy and approved business promotional items along the parade route. The name of your business/organization will be put on the float as well, banner size determined by your sponsored amount (full float is largest banner, half float is half sized, etc). Once your application has been accepted, a float list will be made available to you to make your float selection. These floats will be made available to paid sponsors in the order the application is received, while supplies last.
Sponsored Float fee for 2023:
Platinum Sponsor: Full float: Large Banners on both sides of float $1000 to include participation of up to 16 employees/ representatives.
Gold Sponsor: Make your own Float on a City Float bed: Large Banner on one side of float and you bring your own materials and people to build and walk with your amazing float!

The parade was revived in 2017 by a brand new group of volunteers and we had only 3 weeks exactly to get the parade together. A few float beds, floats, and the shed the floats are housed in are all in need of repair. Some may even need to be sent out to pasture and replaced with safe, shiny new ones. The better the floats, the bigger the crowd, the more exposure for our community and our businesses. Volunteers work endless hours to put these units together and we hope they don't have to cover the cost in addition to their hours. These are community members stepping up to the plate and offering their time and skills. We hope to be a self sustaining parade through these donations so we can keep it running for many years in the future. No one is paid to put on this parade. All money raised goes towards the expenses of this event. Thank you for helping us keep this tradition up and running!
